All products are updated, it is set to sync entire library, all songs are fully downloaded & available on pc & iTunes, still going through much troubleshooting, no help so far
On the songs(s), right click, go to "song info" and you can add from there in the comments box. What you add is irrelevant, anything that forces the metadata of the song to change seems to work.
Effectively, it seems that changing the metadata of the problematic songs, then changing it back, fixes it. For me at least.

I tried that, hasn’t changed the fact that there’s still a hand full of songs not syncing out of about 3,000
Z-Salem's trick worked for me too. How ridiculous that Apple haven't fixed this glitch. Disgusted with Apple.

Transfer your songs to I movies and upload in YouTube vedios so that u can hear from your iPhone

I made the mistake of thinking the advice you gave was for the Music app, which I still think of as iTunes.
Do you know if there's an equivalent way to reset sync history in the Music app?
