If nothing shows up, you you are up-to-date. Important: Be certain to create Backup your iPad prior to this update. That way, you can have something to restore your iPad from the backup, should anything go wrong afterwards.

Could you be more specific? If you're referring to iOS, just one. Even if it was never updated before and still has a version of iOS 14, Apple's servers should only make the latest version of iOS available for an update.

If it's something else like app updates, then that could be thousands.
