What’s the max update for iPhone X

The iPhone X can run the current version of iOS (14.7) and will be compatible with iOS 15 when it is released this fall.

It can run 14.7 and will run 15 when it comes out. Nobody on these boards, and likely nobody at Apple, will know what its eventual maximum will be.
