if you have a company email account, as part of it the company IT department gets control of many security settings on the iPhone, including the ability to update the phone. Some companies do not update software on company controlled computers and other devices until their security team has had a chance to vet it.

Another reason you may not have an update available is if you participate in the iOS 15 beta; beta releases do not track the same as public releases.

I have an I phone XS MAX, I have rebooted, turned airplane mode on and off and tried all other tricks to get the update. My battery drains quickly on 15.4. The dot 1 update will not download.

What update don’t you see, and what is the model of your phone?

Mine is iPhone 11 and now it’s ios 15.4 but I can’t see the 15.4.1
