Apple Wallet is not working on phone!
My Apple Wallet/Pay stopped working randomly on Sunday. The wallet won't pop up when I double click the side button and when I try to open directly from the app it freezes with a blank screen. If it does open it is super delayed and laggy. I have tried EVERYTHING and currently have a ticket open with apple to investigate. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For context, I have an Apple Card, Apple Savings, transit card and Mastercard Debit Card, all which have stopped working.
Troubleshooting steps I've taken:
- Sign out of Apple ID, force restart, sign back in
- Force restart app
- Remove cards and re add (now cannot re add cards, but can open app)
- Reselect region in settings
It's worth noting that I checked out the apple system reports and noticed maintenance was performed on Apple Pay and Wallet on Sunday, which is when my issues began. Extremely frustrated over here since I use Apple Pay for 90% of my transactions.
