iPhone wallet & Apple Pay broken

Exactly the same issue, go onto my wallet and it won’t load then refreshes to Home Screen, also gets stuck when trying to enter on settings. Have restarted device and signed in and out of account but it still persists

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like your Wallet app won't load and you also have an issue with it inside Settings.


Restarting was a great step. Since you aren't able to delete and re-download the Wallet app, we'd suggest restoring to factory settings. This will put a fresh install of iOS 14.2 onto your iPhone. If this is a software issue (as it sounds like), it will resolve it.


Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Be sure and follow "Get your device ready" and make a backup.
