Iphone 13 duplicating text when i use microphone

I have tried everything but it is still doing this does anyone else have the same issue.

I tried all the things it says to do but it is still duplicating, so annoying.

Why does my iPhone record text when I have not pushed the microphone button? Almost every time I text on my iPhone, after I'm finished and have sent the text, I realize my iPhone is starting a new reply and is recording everything I'm saying or everything it hears in the room. Extremely annoying and potentially embarrassing! Sometimes I have to delete several minutes of recorded conversations... I like the "microphone" button but there is something wrong here. Any way to make the iPhone wait until I ask it to record?

I believe your Voice Control is on. See this Apple article:
