"Enrollment Failed" when trying to add a company-owned Mac with Apple Business Manager

I'm getting the error "Enrollment failed. Please try again" with no other clue as to why its failing. This is through the link under the user in Apple Business Manager that allows a profile to be added to a personal device or company-owned Mac. I have not been able to add any of our company-owned Macs and just get the error above.
