Business Essentials device enrollment

Hi - just turned on ABE for our employees. Everyone who has tried to enroll their MacBook has so far received an error (me as well); we're able to click the link in the email, download the install file, click on the new "Profile" button that shows up in System Preferences but then we get into the installer and click "Install" it breaks and just says "Enrollment Failed" or something like that. Any advice?
