Wen i try to sign in with corporate email account to create a Management Profile i am getting the error message. "Your Apple Account does not support the expected services on this device. Please contact your administrator to sign in

You can not ‘create a management profile’ on your phone.
Contact your IT department or help desk.
Apple Business has their own support team. Have you reached out to them about this issue?

When you contacted the administrator of the managed device what did they tell you? Are you using the log in credentials they provided you?

Thank you for your responses.
I am part of the IT Administrator Team, and we have this service working normally on other Apple devices. Typically, we first enroll the device in the Microsoft Intune Portal and then proceed with the configuration.
However, since last month, we have been receiving an error message when attempting to configure new devices. I would like to know if there have been any recent changes from Apple's side that could be causing this issue.

Not that I’m aware of. We use intune as well with several hundred devices. I’ve not run into any new issues.
