Unable to create Management Profile

Wen i try to sign in with corporate email account to create a Management Profile i am getting the error message. "Your Apple Account does not support the expected services on this device. Please contact your administrator to sign in


Any thought???

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your responses.

I am part of the IT Administrator Team, and we have this service working normally on other Apple devices. Typically, we first enroll the device in the Microsoft Intune Portal and then proceed with the configuration.

However, since last month, we have been receiving an error message when attempting to configure new devices. I would like to know if there have been any recent changes from Apple's side that could be causing this issue.
