Britbox won't open on Apple TV

Been away for 4 weeks, and when I went to open Britbox App on Apple TV, all the Apps are there including Britbox . However when I click on the Britbox App it goes to the Britbox home screen for a few seconds, then the screen goes to a light blue screen and a "twirling" circle appears but nothing happens. The circle just keeps turning.

The last time I viewed Britbox through Apple TV was the 7 December 2024 and everything was fine. Can someone help me please. I know Britbox is working because I used it through Foxtel , as a last resort yesterday.
