green button function in sequioa

With the function of automatic window resizing in Sequoia, that seems to be operated, apart from automatic when dragging, through the green button top left of any window, some functionality has been lost in the process of integrating this function.

I missed the function of the green button with the option key down, which caused a window to resize to the size of a document, and toggle by pressing again.

Question: how do I get back this function? Can it be changed through terminal, or is it just a feature I have to get used to and live with it?
