Been using this app for years to store private secure info. Bank act numbers, passport # etc. now when I go to open it the pop up says it’s not available on apple App Store and I can’t open. How can I get the info?

This is brutal. Apple should give us some form of advance warning before disabling their approved apps. I've been using this app for many years - at least we should be given the opportunity to transfer the information.
Cust Svs said they have no info on developer and the guy really searched. See my last comment to find passwords on your phone.
No need for third party apps. See my comment on retrieving passwords that are in your iPhone.
Instead of not believing me, why don’t you just look? 😜 I’ve written the instruction several times in my replies.
How do I get my Loxbox app back? It has all my passwords and I wasn’t told it would be deleted when I purchased a new phone.
This happened to me and it created an immense problem. I really think Apple should warn you when an App is no longer available, so that frustrating situations like thus can be avoided
