Lockbox app not available on App Store

Is this the first time that you have engaged Airplane Mode after an update? Or five years ago when you first flew and engaged the AM?

I'm finding what Idris is seeing on my iPhone 12 Pro, engaging AM is not turning off Wi-Fi or BT.

I don't recall configuring AM to leave Wi-Fi on in the past.

However, I do find that if I've engaged AM and then turn off Wi-Fi that AM remembers that and turns off Wi-Fi when it is engaged again.

If you can find contact information for the developer, ask them.

This is why I recommend never using those sort of apps. People end up not being able to access important data when the developer stops supporting it.

I am just as frustrated! I have used Lockbox Pro for years now and have more than a hundred passwords in there. I back up my iPhone every day blissfully under the impresion that, when I want to restore, all my data including my passwords stored with Lockbox Pro, will be restored! Yesterday my phone got badly damaged and I has to

rsstore my backup to the new phone only to find out Lockbox Pro does not exist in the App store anymore and as such, all hundred + passwords are not restorable!! This is crazy ??!! Shouldn’t apple at least warn one when you backup and an app is no longer available that you can make a plan ? I have a massive problem on my hands ! Anyone out there that can help?

Apple Cust Svs told me this and it works:

For Passwords saved on your iPhone tap the grey icon wheel app which is your Settings, then scroll down n tap Safari, then scroll down n tap Passwords. All your passwords will be there. You can add new ones or delete old ones. You’ll no longer need a third party app that disappears like Lockbox did.

For credit cards saved on your iPhone go to Settings, Safari, Autofill for Saved Credit Cards.

I had no idea these options even existed till Lockbox disappeared. It’s also safer bc the info on your iphone has to be authenticated by your password, fingerprint or Face ID.

This sort of issue can largely be avoided by being careful about which companies you trust with your data. Small companies about which you know almost nothing are risky.

Just now went into my LockBox to retrieve a password… And my LockBox looks like it’s frozen will not accept my pin code.

From what I am reading here, it’s going to be next to impossible to retrieve any of my passwords…

One of the comments made was that the LockBox application is no longer available in the Apple Store. I find that to be true because I looked for myself. It is not in the Apple Store.

Sorry but no. Surely there’s some genius inside Apple that allows us to retrieve our data!

Turn Wifi off and put the phone in flightmodus. Then you can get at your data.
