Lockbox app not available on App Store

I have lockbox pro as an app on iPhone but can’t open to retrieve data. Has anyone had any procedure yet to be able the access. Please any recommendations are really appreciated. I have data that is very important to be retrieved. Thank you!

Hi. I have the same problem! Phone got damaged and have to restore to a new one today, only to find out Lockbox Pro is no longer in App store and therefore, my hundreds of passwords cannot be restored either. This is terrible ?!! Can someone help?

I have looked, but there is nothing there. I firmly believe that you are giving false information.

I've used a 3rd party password manager for years. I used 1Password at first. None of those passwords are in Safari. Two years ago, I exported the 1Passwords to a file and imported the file into Bitwarden, the 3rd party password manager I now use. None of Bitwarden's passwords appear in Safari.

I don't believe that Lockbox passwords are available in Safari.

I'm waiting for at least 5 of the folks who have no access to their LB info to verify that your claim is correct.

Had you read the thread you would realize that you can't. The app is no longer being supported by the developer and you can't recover your content stored in the app.

There are over 3.5 million apps in the Mac App Store alone. There are additionally millions more in the iOS/iPad App Store, the tvOS App Store, and the new visionOS App Store.

Alerting you to issues with their app is an app developer's responsibility.

Lockbox is a 3rd party app belonging to its developer.

No one, not even some genus inside Apple, can legally touch the app.

Apple didn't do this. This is on the app's developer.

Same problem. Treid to restore an old iphon eform an old backup, but the the app wasgave same error as i uess it offloaded before that backup. Trying to find a older backup where the app was on the phone so i can at least access data to copy to a better app. Knew i should have done this sooner as that app was trash!

You probably will never be able to access that data again. For the future, if you want to store passwords, use Apple's Keychain or a reputable password manager such as 1Password.

Apple doesn't disable the apps. The app developers stop supporting and/or updating the app.

Apple offers a very good password manager. I'm sure if they were discontinuing it, they would let people know.

i also have this issue, fortunatley its with a new phone so the old phone has the app which is still accessable, i wonder if , for those that can, rolling back their device to a previous backup would allow access to the app and allow data to be taken off?

It no longer turns off WiFi or Bluetooth. It just turns off cellular. I can't remember exactly when it changed.

I've just sat here and tested it about half a dozen times. It doesn't turn off WiFi on my phone. It's entirely possible I'm conflating the fact that it Airplane mode doesn't turn off BT with WiFi and there's something wrong with my phone.....

I'm still not clear how the suggestion to turn on Airplane mode and turn off WiFi answers the original question. So, perhaps more than slightly confused.

Is this the first time that you have engaged Airplane Mode after an update? Or five years ago when you first flew and engaged the AM?

I'm finding what Idris is seeing on my iPhone 12 Pro, engaging AM is not turning off Wi-Fi or BT.

I don't recall configuring AM to leave Wi-Fi on in the past.

However, I do find that if I've engaged AM and then turn off Wi-Fi that AM remembers that and turns off Wi-Fi when it is engaged again.
