So what does it mean when I send another iPhone user a text message and it sends as Blue but doesn’t say delivered and then turns green and says sent as text message? But then when you send another text message, the bubble is green and it doesn’t say sent as text message.

Hello rosalina113,

If the message bubble is blue, it is using iMessage and is encrypted.

If the message bubble is green, it's using SMS/MMS and is not encrypted.

What is the difference between iMessage and SMS/MMS? - Apple Support.

Green will always mean SMS/MMS (not encrypted) regardless of whether it says sent as text message or not. I believe the "sent as text message" message is just to tell you that a text that would usually have been iMessage, was sent using SMS/MMS.

I hope this helps!
