iMessages on IphoneXR

Hi my iMessages to other IPhone users are sending in (blue color) except for one iPhone user they have turned to text messages in green color and say sent as a text. What happened? Thank you

This person could have switched to an android, turned off iMessage, or their phone is not reachable. This is not a problem with your phone.
