Ensure that your iPhone has been updated to iOS version 16.4.1
What happens when you activate Siri by holding down the Power button and saying, “Take a screen shot”?
If the above does not work, then you may have a hardware issue and I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.

Did you just install an update? If so...
Report this as a Bug to Apple:
Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.
To Provide Feedback:
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Thanks. I tried that, again, and it didn’t work.
Thanks for your help Axel, it must be a hardware problem then.

You are welcome. Let us know, if possible, what you end up doing with the iPhone 12 Pro to get it functioning normally again. Thanks.
