Update Apple ID settings notification stuck MacbookPro MacOS Ventura 13.1

I can't get rid of this annoying notification "Update Apple ID settings". I follow the sequence of commands to try to get rid of it, but it seems stuck in an endless loop.

I attach an image showing the sequence I followed to try to fix this issue, and how it got me nowhere.

Your help will be appreciated.

Hello FProenza,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We want to help resolve the error so you can update your Apple ID settings.

Have you used a different Apple ID with this Mac in the past? It might be asking for your other Apple ID.

Try a normal restart of the Mac and then try again to see if the same thing happens.

If the issue continues, please reach out to an Apple Support Advisor for further assistance: Get Support

We hope this helps to take care of the error regarding the Apple ID.

Cheers!
