Disable “Update Apple ID Settings” notification on Mac OS Ventura 13.2?

I recently updated to 13.2 and repeatedly see this alert; when closing it, system settings opens anyway and I have to close that window, too. Apparently the reason for this alert is "to set up iCloud." I am using a work computer, so I don’t use or need iCloud at this time. Can this annoying and time-wasting notification disabled?

Since Ventura's most current version is now 13.3, you might want to update to that as a first step to see if it resolves this issue.
