From time to time, System Settings or Find My shows wrong profile picture. Please see the attachment.(I have a single apple id and I'm using the same profile picture for years)
My profile picture is the one on the left (tux space marine) and wrong one is the one on the right (owl).

Go to appleid.apple.com > family sharing > members , are you listed as the organizer
(Me) and is the correct photo there ? Tap the organizer in your screenshot , is it the same picture ? Could the owl be one of your family members photo from their
Apple ID ? And there is the option " stop family sharing " then start sharing again .
No luck … ask in an Apple support chat ( messages) , they can help you in real time .

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately everything seems normal at appleid, and no-one in the family uses owl as profile picture. I'll get in contact with the support and update here if I can find the source of the problem.
