The Alexa app opens to a black screen with the Alexa logo so I can't sign in. Anything I can try besides deleting app, restarting phone and reinstalling app?

Just to confirm, is Alexa the only app that this is happening with? If so, that tells us that this is specific to that one app. Start by following these steps:
1. Close and reopen the app
2. Restart the device
3. Check for updates
4. Delete then redownload the app

My blank screen is only happening on drop in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app every day for the last 6 days. It works once and then is gone again.
