Upgraded to Ventura earlier today.
Tried to watch several series on Amazon Prime/Netflix/HBO in Safari/Chrome/Firefox.
I have thesame result on on all streaming services and browsers:
audio is fine , no video though.
When scrolling through a video the stills appear but when playing only audio.
On an a MBP 15"/Monterey all is fine . . . . (as it was on the MA before upgrading to Ventura).
SOLVED:
Disabling hardware acceleration in browser settings is the solution for this issue.

BTW:
As of macOS Catalina, users are no longer able to turn hardware acceleration on and off in Safari.
