Amazon Prime problem after upgrading to Ventura

Since upgrading to Ventura, we can't stream Amazon Prime videos. We get 'Video unavailable. We're experiencing a problem playing this video'. Prime works fine on other devices, so can only think it's due to the OS upgrade.

Anyone else had this problem?

Amazon Prime Not Working on AppleTV 4K After many years of working great, suddenly having problems with Amazon Prime on the AppleTV 4K. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Prime Video app and restarting the AppleTV, but no luck. When I try to open Prime Video, sometimes I get an error message in German, followed by a black screen. Sometimes I can click through the black screen and see the sign in options — and sometimes after that I can navigate to and watch something BUT all the icons don’t load and even the “play now” buttons don’t actually render. havent been able to find any help for this

Ventura MBA M1 no video on Prime/Netflix Upgraded to Ventura earlier today. Tried to watch several series on Amazon Prime/Netflix/HBO in Safari/Chrome/Firefox. I have thesame result on on all streaming services and browsers: audio is fine , no video though. When scrolling through a video the stills appear but when playing only audio. On an a MBP 15"/Monterey all is fine . . . . (as it was on the MA before upgrading to Ventura).

Amazon Prime (UK) runs fine on my M1 iMac with Ventura 13.1, the app is Version: 9.24.2.
