3 day old iphone 13 pro 128gb gold is getting uncomfortably hot when ever using my mobile has spot and it’s gotten that hot it’s burnt in my display so all I can see on my background is TikTok is this something I’ve caused or is it a problem with the device 🤨

Take it to an Apple store or an authorized repair center to be evaluated. If you've had it for less than 15 days (give or take depending on local laws) you should be able to return it for a replacement easily.
