I need to reset an iphone. My mother forgot her passcode and I do not have it.

I gave my mother my old iphone 10. She has forgotten the passcode and we can not get into the phone. Please help me reset the phone so she can use it.

If your iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support

If that option is not available, you will need to use a computer. See: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
