Restoring music library after change of region

Hey guys.

I know this question was asked already but I havent found anything useful. Ive changed the region and had to resubscribe to Apple Music, ofc whole library is gone now.

Anything I can do to restore it or at least minimize the damage? At least get the list of the artists I used to have? Like its pretty clear Apple has it stored somewhere so there must be a way, right?

so far I only found history of searches (limited to 15-20 items), history of last listened (up to around 50 songs) and top50 listened for each years I can redownload easily. It reduces the damage a bit but I wish I could do more.

Im ready to add the songs manually if I need to, I just wish I had the list of them or the list of artists at least.

Thank you in advance for any ideas.

I also have an iCloud backup if it helps in any way...

To whoever also find it later, another way to reduce the damage is to go to your recommendations - see the albums Apple Music suggests, tracks it mixes in "radiostations" made for you. Its based on your previous library. Apple clearly stores the data about your previous tastes / library somewhere, just cant find a way to access it
