Watch SE do not have Always On feature.

Always On is available with Watch Series 5, Watch Series 6, and Watch Series 7.

My Apple Watch doesn't have an option in settings under display and settings for an "always on option" How can I fix this? Is my Apple Watch to old? I need it to stay on as I work in the medical field and need it on for at least 20 seconds to take patient heart beats.

Watch SE do not have Always On feature.

Always On is available with Watch Series 5, Watch Series 6, and Watch Series 7.
