How do I turn on the always on the Apple Watch SE?
How do I turn on the always on this watch. This watch was a gift but it turns to the black screen too quick. I want to have it on all the time.

You don't.
The lower series watches do not have an always ON display.
You can go into the Settings app on your Watch under General and set the Tap to Wake settings for either 15 seconds or 70 seconds, but that is it!
Not having the Watch always ON saves on the life of the battery which is NOT great in the Watch to begin with.
Having the Watch display turn off is better for battery life.
