I have no Deauthorize All on my account information page

I have no idea what the 9 computers I supposedly have connected to Apple Music. I've gone to my account authorizations and there is no option to Deauthorize All computers, only this computer.

Mac mini, macOS 10.12

When I try to Authorize this computer, I get the error message telling me I have already authorized 5 computers and cannot authorize any more computers. When I search for a fix, I am told that if you have five computers authorized I must "deauthorize all." When I check the setting for account authorizations my choices are either "Authorize this computer" or "Deauthorize this computer. " Deauthorize all is not a choice. This is not helpful, because: #1 I am not allowed the first option because I have too many authorized. I am not allowed the second option because this computer is not authorized in the firat place. Also, the suggestion that perhaps fewer than two computers are authorized is unhelpful because there must be more than two since I can't authorize this one!

The issue may be associated devices rather than authorized computers.

You won't see the Computer Authorization section if you don't have two or more computers authorized. See below from Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support

If you haven't authorized 2 or more computers, you won't see this section.

For associated devices information, see: View and remove your associated devices for purchases - Apple Support

The Deauthorize All button is in a different location than the authorize/deauthorize for a single computer. See the second screenshot below in the instructions in Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support

See your authorized computers

To automatically sign in to your Account Information page from your computer, click here. Or follow these steps:

  1. On a Mac, open the Music app, Apple TV app, or Apple Books app. On a PC, open iTunes for Windows.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. In the menu bar on your Mac or PC, choose Account > View My Account.
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  5. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Apple ID Summary section. You'll see the number of computers that you've authorized with your Apple ID. You can’t see the names of those computers. If you haven't authorized 2 or more computers, you won't see this section.

If the number of authorized computers listed is more than what you expect, you might not have deauthorized the computers that you no longer use, gave away, or sold. You need to deauthorize all of your computers and then authorize each one that you still use.
