Why do I have to wait until August, 15, 2021 to deauthorize two extra unknown computers from my account?

It has been years since my Apple ID says I have tree authorized computers to play content from iTunes when in reality I use one computer only. Every time I click on to deauthorize all, I get a pop up that says I must wait until several months in the future to deauthorize all my computers again.

I just do not understand why the wait to deauthorize them and why I can not see the two extra computers in my Apple ID or at appleid.apple.com.

I highly appreciate any suggestions, ideas, and process to deauthorize such computers.
