Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My sisters iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps on shutting on and off. Once it shows the apple it shuts off again, then shows the apple again and then shuts off after the apple appears. And etc.

You have already found the Related Article

If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly

If that fails more than three times

you should arrange a repair

https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article, depending on your warranty or AppleCare+ status.
