My sisters iPhone 12 won't stop shutting down once it is unlocked, it then has a small white loading symbol so it does not turn off it just kind of gives out, it will then pop up the apple logo and turn back to the Lock Screen. The once we unlock the phone it does the same process. anyone know what the problem may be?
