All my contacts got deleted with no backup files! But the contacts are still on icloud, just not in a backup file. How can I get them back on the phone?
Is it possible to make a backup file using data stored on the icloud?

They came back! I signed out to clear a lot of the data off the phone not knowing the backup failed ( and not thoroughly checking ) but once I signed back in they have finally repopulated. It took quite a while and I thought I was done. Now I need to to a proper backup!
