Reply to single person in group text

I don’t get the reply option in group text when I want to reply to a single person. I push the message bubble and only get “copy” and “more”? iPhone 11 with latest update (14.4)

I believe that IdrisSeabright is correct. The green message bubble does seem to indicate that someone in the text group is using an Android phone. Replying to a specific person only works with iMessages. I have tested this myself.

Green means SMS. It can either be someone who does not have an Apple product or someone with an Apple product who choses not to use iMessage (there are a few of those around). It doesn't have to be an iPhone. You can iMessage from iPads and Macs as well.
