Airpods Pro Case Button not working!

Hello everyone,

So I bought a new pair of airpods pro and it connected to my iPhone 11 pro right away. Then I tried to connect them to my windows pc. The white light wouldn't flash indicating pairing mode. After trying many times, I selected "forget this device" on my phone and then I was able to connect with my PC with the white light flashing on my airpods case.

Later, I disconnected them from my PC but now the airpods won't connect to my phone anymore! I tried resetting the airpods pro, but it does not seem to work!

When I open the lid, the LED is green and then it turns off. When I hold the setup button, no matter how long, there's no change in the light colour!

I am soooooooo lost! I live in Bangladesh right now and there are no apple stores here! I took it to an authorised service center and they couldn't help!

Please help!
