how do i prompt face id when i forgot my passcode - I got locked out of my iphone when i forgot my passcode and want to be able to use facial recognition to get back into my phone so i can change my passcode. thanks

If your phone got already locked because of too many failed attempts, it will not give you the option to use facial recognition until you enter the correct passcode at least once.
