I bought a iPhone x on ebay but I cannot activate it it says on the phone a password is required has paired it to the icloud I bought it second hand how can I find the original owner to have them to remove it from their account
If the phone was advertised as unlocked, contact eBay for steps to arrange a return/refund. If the previous owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the phone is useless to you.
