So I bought a iPhone 11 pro and its activation locked. No way for me to get ahold of the owner and I dont have the apple id. I cannot get past the activation lock and I bought the phone second hand . I cant get ahold of the previous owner. And I am unable to use my phone.

If i don’t have proof of purchase of my device does it mean i can’t have access to it, if its on activation lock of previous owners apple ID my Iphone is on activation lock and it requires previous owner apple ID and i don’t have access to him what to do in order to unlock the phone

Get a refund or recycle it. There will be no way to unlock the device.
