Access to New Music on I Tunes Store

When I try to open windows store, I get no new music information nor can I review music. Been with I Tunes for years and never experienced this problem. When I try to access My Account, window appears telling I need to update to new version of Windows. I have Windows 10, Version 1903, installed in 2019. I can still listen to music in my library. Not sure whats happening.

Hello Maki2008. What version number of iTunes for Windows is installed? I suspect the window that appears is telling you that you need to update to a new version of iTunes - not to a new version of Windows. The iTunes Store no longer supports versions older than 12.6.5.3 (which was the last iTunes version that could manage apps).
