New iPhone 11 need stuff from iPhone 7 loaded to my new iPhone 11. How do I do this

If you synced some data (ie. contacts, calendars, notes, etc) from your old 7 to iCloud, you just need to use the same Apple ID on your new 11 and those things will be synced back to your 11.
