I did not receive my item from candy crush

I paid for candy crush yesterday and didn’t get the item because I had to set up payment for my 6 x plus for $1.99

Contact the app's developer. If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
