i bought aomething but didnt recieve it

I bought something but did not receive my purchase. It did however charge me for it.

Assuming that you are referring to as in-app purchase and that it shows as a purchase on the iTunes account's purchase history contact the app's developer, if they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
