Unrecognized Subscription Charge – 4,990 KZT

Dear Apple Support,

Good afternoon. I need your assistance regarding an issue with recurring charge attempts.

For several months now, there have been attempts to withdraw 4,990 KZT from my account. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that the charges come from Apple iTunes (APPLE.COM/BILL).

However, I am already paying for my Google and iCloud services, and I do not recognize this specific 4,990 KZT charge.

Could you please check what subscription or service this charge is linked to, and cancel it so that the system stops trying to withdraw money from my account?

  1. This is a user to user forum. Apple Support is not here. Only other users of Apple devices and services, much like yourself.
  2. Nobody here nor Apple can "check" any charges on your account. Only you have access to your account. You can do so yourself through the following Apple Website.
  1. You can cancel any recurring subscriptions on your Apple account by following the steps in the following support document.
