Charged again after refund - chess.com subscription via iPhone.
Hi, I accidentally purchased a Chess.com annual subscription through my iPhone. I requested a refund and received it yesterday, but a few minutes later the same charge appeared again. My bank confirmed it’s the same Apple transaction. In my purchase history it says “Refunded,” so I can’t request another refund or contact billing support through the site (I’m in Mongolia, and there’s no local support option). Can an Apple Specialist please help or tell me how to reach the billing team directly for this issue?
