My daughters Apple Cash isn’t working

My daughters’ Apple Cash is currently experiencing an issue. I attempted to access it through the Apple Card settings menu, but her name is not listed in the dropdown menu. Instead, I received an error message indicating that she is unable to use Apple Cash.
