Apple Cash Suddenly No Longer Set Up

I’ve had Apple Cash for years and now it is suddenly not set up. I keep trying to set it up again, I go through the set up process and it tells me Apple Cash is now set up. I go back to my wallet and Apple Cash is still not set up. Have an iPhone 15. Help, please?
