How do I fix iMessage and FaceTime issues with my eSIM?

I have esim and I cannot deal with face time i have always a lot of messages to turn on or don’t use and I choose turn on but it still send me this message i went to setting to try to find what is the matter and i show under my number “ unavailable for iMessage and face time “ and tell me that requires an associated sim but my esim actually associated and i have calls on it
