How to activate Apple Card on iPhone 15 with missing Wallet features?

Titanium Apple Card arrived today (name on front of card correct), no instructions for activation.

When I attempt to activate card using wallet, my phone lacks the features used in the instructions for activation. How else can I find the info for manual methods?
