I have a Apple Card already and I’m trying to activate it and add to my phone

Look at link for instructions for if you can’t do it with the packaging (although it says if you don’t have it). Request and activate a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support

Did you try as the instructions on the package said and hold your iPhone close to the card? Also make sure the iPhone is on the Home Screen.
